Refunds & Cancellation
This policy explains cancellation and refund requests for AZC subscriptions. Manually confirmed orders, free plans and separate enterprise service contracts follow their respective agreements. Actual purchases completed through Paddle are subject to its buyer terms and refund policy.
1. Confirm purchase details
Before paying, confirm the plan, billing period, amount due per period, service term and renewal arrangements. Manual orders follow the confirmed payment and activation agreement. Test or sandbox transactions do not involve real payments or monetary refunds.
2. Cancel renewals
Cancelling a renewal is separate from requesting a refund. Contact support about manually activated plans; unless otherwise agreed, a plan that is not renewed expires at the end of the paid term. For subscriptions purchased through Paddle, use the manage-subscription link in your purchase confirmation email or Paddle buyer support to cancel, following the effective date shown there.
3. Request a refund
Contact AZDT for manual orders or enterprise services. For actual purchases through Paddle, use the Paddle buyer support link below or contact AZDT for assistance. Include the order or receipt identifier, purchase email and reason for the request; do not send full card numbers or passwords. Eligibility follows the agreement at purchase, payment-channel policy and applicable law. AZDT does not add a universal no-questions-asked refund period here.
4. Refunds & service access
Refund approval, amounts and payment timing follow the processing notice for the actual order. Refunds, immediate cancellation or failed payments may affect activated access and the service term, but do not themselves mean immediate deletion of workspace assets. Contact us about asset access or order status.
5. Statutory rights
This policy does not limit non-excludable consumer rights under applicable law. Paddle’s official refund policy includes rules that may vary by region and purchase circumstances. Mandatory rights and more favorable statutory protections applicable to the purchase remain in effect.
